📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and architecture enabling teams to build agents quickly using Slack.
• Design secure, reliable services for permission-aware access across Slack and enterprise apps.
• Establish scalable patterns for connectivity, context retrieval, and authorization.
• Develop reusable SDKs, connectors, templates, testing tools, and deployment patterns.
• Build policy-aware automation and lifecycle management for agents and integrations.
• Implement governance and observability to enforce least privilege.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on software engineering experience and production systems at scale.
• Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals, API design, and reliability.
• Experience building developer platforms, reusable tooling, or shared services.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms like Slack with API/identity constraints.
• Experience designing secure, permission-aware systems that access sensitive data.
• Ability to lead ambiguous tech initiatives across teams balancing DX, security, and architecture.
