📋 Description

• Build systems that make AI agents indispensable to lawyers.
• Design agent environments, actions, model selection, and context windows.
• Develop evals to accelerate iteration and capability growth.
• Partner with customers and PMs to define workflows and ship agents.
• Optimize agent performance: prompts, tools, models, and context.
• Create low-latency infra with caching and parallel tool calls.

• Passion for domain-specific agents.
• Iterative mindset; quick decisions; ship v0s.
• Comfortable using evaluations to drive quality.
• Humble and adaptable; drive adoption of new best practices.
• 2-5 years (post-BS/MS) software engineering experience.
• Mid, Senior, and Staff levels are being hired for.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping user-facing products, backend or full-stack.
