• Create features to help users run, debug, evaluate, and improve agents.
• Own features end-to-end, from design through launch and iteration.
• Work across the stack from frontend to backend as needed.
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, quality, depth, and impact.
• Collaborate with product, design, modelling, customer teams, and other engineers to ship measurable improvements.
