• 5+ years building consumer-grade products.
• Full-stack skills with React and Python.
• Strong product and growth intuition; quick iteration.
• Instrumentation and analytics experience; event tracking.
• Fast-paced, data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to learn biotechnology and AI.
