Software Engineer, AI Agent Governance

📋 Description

• Ship backend features end to end, from customer ask to production
• Ensure customer value, participate in on-call rotation
• Build testing systems and harnesses for agent changes
• Work directly with customers when issues arise
• Use AI agents heavily, understand system architecture deeply

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years software engineering or equivalent product shipping
• Strong backend: APIs, databases, services in production
• Stack: Python, Postgres, OpenSearch, gRPC on AWS
• AI-native: understand agent tool calls, MCP, hooks, context
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration
• Ownership mindset; nice-to-have: MDM, security, identity
