Software Engineer, AI Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Design and build AI-augmented workflows to help coding agents understand codebases.
• Scale autonomous cloud agents to reduce toil for engineers.
• Build/refine IDE, editor, and CLI integrations for AI-assisted development.
• Create reusable agent skills, tools, and integrations across Asana.
• Improve AI-assisted code review workflows for faster feedback.
• Drive adoption of AI developer tools via usability, measurement, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in large codebases.
• Experience building developer tools, IDEs/CLIs, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) or agent ecosystems.
• Experience creating evaluation frameworks for AI outputs.
• Strong systems design and pragmatic tradeoffs in evolving environments.
• Curious about AI tools; eager to learn and apply them.
