Software Engineer, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Work on internal AI platforms, primitives, and guardrails for trusted AI usage.
• Build features for Archimedes, Bosun, and easyRAG powering internal AI assistants and workflows.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, Risk, Legal and product teams to scale AI use
• Develop reusable platform capabilities (APIs, SDKs, templates, services) for safe, high-quality AI
• Prototype and productionize AI capabilities with senior engineers, turning patterns into durable
• Focus on governance, observability, cost management, safety, and data privacy across AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipping production-quality features in distributed systems or platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/ML services or strong AI tooling ramp-up.
• Solid coding in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable across services and internal
• Emerging platform mindset: reuse and multi-consumer design.
• Familiarity with AI engineering concerns: evaluation, prompts, observability, cost control, safety
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
