Software Engineer, Async Platform

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze metrics from OS, control planes, and apps for fault detection.
• Design, develop, and deploy tooling to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Balance feature speed and reliability to meet SLAs.
• Operate and improve infrastructure using industry best practices.
• Participate in design and production readiness reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Join on-call rotations, respond to incidents, mitigate events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development, automation, and systems engineering.
• Experience building large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems; SQS, Kafka, Kinesis a bonus.
• Proficient in Go or Python (or other OO languages).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Focus on reducing tech debt and maintainable code/configuration.
