🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience developing complex, distributed software at scale.
Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go; able to learn others.
Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud computing.
Collaborate with PM/EM; communicate clearly and respectfully.
Write testable, maintainable code that is easy to understand.
Use AI in day-to-day activities and validate AI-written code.
