📋 Description

• Build and maintain MCP servers giving agents access to Mercor’s platform
• Design evaluation frameworks for agent decision quality
• Develop action queues and playbook orchestration systems
• Instrument agent systems end-to-end and capture outcomes
• Collaborate with operators to identify automation opportunities
• Debug and harden agent systems in production

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python backend fundamentals
• Experience with LLM APIs and tools
• Design evaluation frameworks and failure modes
• Ship quickly and iterate on real-world systems
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and production infra
• Full-stack experience is a plus
