Software Engineer - Autonomy Infrastructure, Systems and Tools

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of scalable tooling for autonomy development.
• Build internal developer infrastructure prioritizing reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with autonomy, QA, and infra teams to gather requirements.
• Create replay and analysis systems to inspect and reproduce autonomy behavior.
• Develop scalable infra for automated testing and failure triage.
• Define APIs and data contracts at the robotics middleware interface.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally robotics or simulation.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python with multi-threaded, performance-sensitive systems.
• Experience with simulation frameworks and time-synchronized data systems.
• Familiarity with structured data visualization, log processing, or tooling design.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
