🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Systems thinking and ability to contribute to complex domain models in production.
• High agency: comfortable turning ambiguous requirements into technical specs.
• Security-minded with knowledge of defensive coding and authorization models.
• Quality-obsessed: clean, maintainable code, comprehensive testing, and focus on documentation and
