• Strong backend fundamentals with production systems experience.
• Experience building scalable apps with reliability and maintainability.
• Solid testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations.
• CI/CD practices and collaborative development workflows.
• Product-minded with focus on user outcomes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud infra (AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Datadog).
