• Distributed systems experience in production
• Deep backend focus with strong systems expertise (full-stack welcome)
• Hands-on with multi-service architectures in production
• Ownership of performance, reliability, and scalability tied to product features
• Proficiency in a strongly typed backend language (C#, Java, Kotlin, Go)
• PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and performance tuning
