📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend systems for core financial products
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions
• Own projects from design to production and maintenance
• Collaborate with product, design, engineers, and partners
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance
• Provide technical guidance across the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend design and scaling experience
• Distributed systems, APIs, databases, infra fundamentals
• Proficiency with Java or Python and ecosystem
• End-to-end delivery across cross-functional partners
• Deep backend domain expertise (databases, scaling, distributed systems)
• Nice to have: external/public APIs, financial systems familiarity, ML pipelines
