• Design new features and platform capabilities with teammates and customers.
• Build platform primitives: connectors, orchestration, monitoring, auth, testing.
• Shape how we build with AI-powered tooling that improves itself.
• Add and maintain integrations across 330+ providers; make APIs reliable.
• Work with integration partners to shape their APIs and data at the source.
• Work directly with customers: demos, implementations, troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend engineer who shipped and owns production systems end to end.
• Trusted with hard architecture decisions.
• Able to work with messy, undocumented external systems and make them reliable.
• Depth in distributed systems; anticipate failures and debug quickly.
• Platform builder: design systems others stand on and reuse.
• Strong in Node.js and TypeScript, or quick to learn.
