• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a compensation platform used across
• Build production-ready systems with strong testing practices, monitoring, observability, and
• Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify customer
• Contribute technical expertise during product discovery and help shape product direction.
• Improve system performance, error handling, latency, and data consistency.

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with production systems experience.
• Experience building scalable services with reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Knowledge of software testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and shipping incremental changes via collaborative workflows.
• Product-minded with ability to understand user outcomes beyond technical implementation.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, and design teams.
