Software Engineer - Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend services with full ownership from concept to production.
• Build scalable distributed systems for multi-cloud networking environments.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Develop backend apps using Java, Spring, Go, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production services via on-call, telemetry, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and ensure reliability and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of backend engineering delivering production-grade apps.
• Strong Java with Spring and Go, plus RESTful APIs and scalable microservices.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, DB design, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) integrated into workflows.
