🎯 Requirements

2+ years building and operating backend services in production, with proficiency in Go, Python
Experience with relational databases (Postgres or similar), service-oriented architectures, and
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects end-to-end with production-quality, well-tested code in
Familiarity with financial systems, payment processing, or high-reliability transactional
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
