Software Engineer - Backend Services

📋 Description

• Design and build production-grade backend services and APIs.
• Develop scalable, resilient backend systems in Python (async).
• Take features from design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate across platform, data, and product teams in healthcare AI.
• Ensure security, reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to deployments, debugging, and production operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building backend services.
• Strong Python backend skills with async programming.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• IaC experience (Terraform/Terragrunt); cloud: AKS/Azure.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) and LangChain.
• BS or MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
