Software Engineer, Banking

📋 Description

• Lead technical design and delivery of banking features that scale with our growing customer base
• Set architectural standards and best practices for code quality, performance, security, and
• Own the technical approach to complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data and
• Mentor and grow engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on collaboration on tough
• Partner closely with product, design, risk, and compliance to shape the roadmap and turn it into

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering, including
• Proven success designing, building, and scaling production-grade APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with sensitive financial data and money movement systems, such as ledgers, account
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript or similar modern backend frameworks, and familiarity with
• Experience with mobile or user-facing applications, ideally React Native, is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and
