📋 Description

• Design and develop distributed systems for a scalable data platform.
• Tackle large databases, SQL processing, data modeling, and performance.
• Own components in data ingestion and decoding within the blockchain platform.
• Write code mostly in Kotlin and Go, with Java and Rust.
• Improve developer experience with local tests, integration tests, and deployment processes.
• Automate incident diagnosis and resolution using AI to improve operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CS fundamentals and a generalist mindset to learn quickly.
• Understanding of distributed system design or eagerness to learn.
• Understanding blockchain tech and RPC interactions.
• Experience with data lakes and formats like Parquet, Delta, Iceberg.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Coding experience in any JVM language and a drive to write well-designed, testable software.
