🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng or equivalent
• 0-5 years professional software dev experience
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or Rust
• Understanding data structures, algorithms, OOP
• Git and collaborative development workflows familiarity
• Self-starter, cross-team collaboration across geographies
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
• English required; Swiss German/German, French and/or Italian a plus
• Location: Switzerland, Lugano focus
