🎯 Requirements

• Passion for optimization; love solving build challenges.
• Deep knowledge of one build system (Bazel, CMake, Maven, Gradle, Nix, Buck).
• Linux and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenShift, etc).
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
• Experience with asynchronous programming.
• Documentation skills for internal and external use.
• Experience delivering software at scale and on-call readiness.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
