Software Engineer (Canvas Career)

📋 Description

• Contribute to production features across the stack, working with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and
• Build clean, accessible user interfaces (WCAG aware) and connect them to reliable backend APIs.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code (unit, integration, and e2e testing) and participate in peer
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to break down problems
• Assist in maintaining high service health through logging, metrics, and incident troubleshooting.
• Continuously learn and apply modern software engineering practices in a collaborative agile

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience with modern web development (either frontend, backend, or full-stack).
• Strong motivation and curiosity to work across both frontend (React) and backend
• Proven ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies, frameworks, and domain concepts quickly.
• Solid foundational knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Product-oriented mindset—you care about user experience, code quality, and shipping reliably.
