📋 Description

• Build multi-modal conversation experiences across voice, text, and screen
• Make AI voice feel like a real conversation across global telephony networks
• Help build the Personal Agent Protocol for safe personal AI agent integration
• Build native iOS, Android, and web components (ChatKit) for agent experiences
• Own the global telephony stack: SIP, WebRTC, Sierra Voice Protocol, contact-center integrations
• Enable new channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, LINE, Messenger, Instagram) quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building production software that real users depend on
• Strong backend fundamentals, comfortable across backend, infra, mobile, and web
• Passion for being on the frontier of AI products
• Pride in building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that scale
• Motivation and high-agency in a high-autonomy culture
• 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems
