📋 Description

Build backend systems for enterprise data security (encryption, keys)
Design and operate the Codex enterprise control plane for admins
Create policy and governance to enable/disable Codex capabilities
Develop reliable, observable services for identity, auditing, compliance
Partner with product, security, infrastructure, GTM, and customers
Define enterprise-grade standards for AI software in large orgs

🎯 Requirements

Strong backend fundamentals and distributed systems experience
Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++
Experience with security, identity, encryption, policy systems
Knowledge of SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging
Enjoy building foundational platform capabilities
Comfortable with ambiguous, fast-moving 0→1 environments
