Software Engineer, Codex — User Activation

📋 Description

• Build onboarding, setup, and discovery to connect Codex to repos/tools.
• Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities.
• Build collaborative team experiences (workspace setup, sharing).
• Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, and CLI.
• Experiment and iterate with product and design based on user data.
• Partner with customers and GTM to translate adoption into scalable features.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience building onboarding, activation, or developer experiences.
• User-focused UX and intuitive product flows.
