Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead engineering delivery for intelligent agent matching and routing capabilities.
• Own routing infra incl. decision engines, workflows, and rules.
• Centralize fragmented routing logic into an auditable, maintainable system.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, and partner teams.
• Support design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend software development.
• Experience with scalable backend architecture and workflows.
• Experience designing prompts for AI/LLM scenarios.
• Familiarity with RAG, memory routing, and agent planning.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
