Develop distributed systems to manage compute resources across SKUs.
Troubleshoot production and development issues; on-call ownership.
Collaborate across teams; drive clarity in RFCs.
Improve engineering workflows to speed delivery.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience with Go (Golang) or Python in production.
3+ years with bare metal and virtualization hardware management.
Proficient in Linux environments; debugging OS, hardware, and networking issues.
Able to independently troubleshoot complex systems; communicate across teams.
On-call and incident ownership experience.
Nice to Have: GPU infra familiarity; Slurm or Kubernetes mgmt.
