Software Engineer, Core Platform

📋 Description

• Develop backend microservices in Golang for authentication/authorization.
• Build scalable APIs integrating identity and access management across Kong products.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS using Kubernetes for high availability.
• Enforce security and access control policies with backend services.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and security teams on IAM best practices.
• Write clean, well-tested code with unit/integration tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building backend services and distributed systems.
• Proficient in Golang for production microservices.
• API development with REST and gRPC.
• Experience with AWS (EKS/ECS/Lambda/DynamoDB/RDS/S3) and Kubernetes.
• Designing distributed, highly available systems.
• IAM security, multi-tenancy, and secret management knowledge.
