Software Engineer - Customer Insights

📋 Description

• Build backend systems transforming observability data into actionable product insights.
• Develop Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics features.
• This is product-facing engineering, not internal tooling.
• Primarily work in Go, with Python and SQL for data tasks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Learn observability concepts on the job with domain experts on the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building production services and features.
• Go experience is a plus (or similar systems language).
• Comfortable with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Comfortable with BigQuery/SQL and Python for data tasks.
• Experience with observability platforms: New Relic, Grafana, Datadog.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
