• 6–15 years of professional backend engineering experience, including substantial experience
• Demonstrated staff-level scope, ownership, and technical impact, with a history of taking on
• Very strong systems design and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Strong backend engineering focus, with experience centered on backend systems rather than primarily
• A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to design technical solutions around user needs and
• Experience working with data warehouses, SQL, large-scale data processing, or related
