Software Engineer, CX

📋 Description

• Work as an Individual Contributor on complex Reporting based projects
• Interpret the business requirements and discuss with technical team/designers
• Participate in technology evaluations and Proof of Concepts
• Partner with AI Transformation Leads to deliver software that moves client metrics
• Operate in cockpit mode: steer AI agents to write code, run tests, open PRs, update tickets, read
• Break hard engineering problems into shippable pieces and get them out the door

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in computer science
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer (Web & Server side using Java)
• Strong OO design and code skills
• Expertise in application development using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, web services
• Demonstrated experience with multi-tier web application development
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts
