📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health of our data pipelines: Python ETL jobs, dbt models in Snowflake, Azure
• Triage failures to root cause and fix them, from vendor schema changes and API rate limits to
• Work directly with stakeholders across the business to understand the impact of an issue, keep them
• Collaborate with the data team on fixes, code reviews, and releases.
• Treat every recurring ticket as a design problem, adding the alerting, validation, retries, and
• Proactively find weaknesses in process, architecture, code quality, and security before they break

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional software or data engineering experience. Exceptional new graduates with
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Experience building or operating software in a cloud environment. Azure is preferred; AWS or GCP
• AI coding agents are already central to how you work, and you can walk us through your workflow in
• Comfort debugging systems you didn't build, under time pressure, with incomplete information.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
