Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Define multi-modal data strategy across pre-training and post-training, incl. audio.
• Design scalable pipelines for text, audio, and video data for training.
• Partner with research and inference teams to co-design data systems (training and serving).
• Enforce data quality standards with a tight feedback loop to model behavior.
• Source novel datasets; manage relationships and budgets with vendors/partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ML data infrastructure: pipelines, versioning, loading.
• Working knowledge of multimodal data (audio): formats, preprocessing, augmentation.
• Strong engineering execution: clean, well-tested code and current tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical efforts in fast-moving, research-driven environments.
• Familiarity with building/evaluating datasets for generative models and inference.
