🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building highly available, scalable systems in production
• Empathy, strong communication, and collaboration
• A learning mindset
• Ability to think creatively about reducing risk in a fast-changing environment
• Preferred: data platform/systems, applied AI/ML, privacy or security experience
