Software Engineer - Defense Tooling

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain defense tooling features with scalable performance.
• Collaborate with US product and engineering teams as Korea extension.
• Contribute to system-level design for scalability and reliability.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Engage with customers via meetings and presentations to communicate solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.
• Proven track record delivering software within agile, high-frequency release cycles.
• Experience building simulation platforms, ML training infra, or developer tooling for robotics/autonomy/defense.
• Experience with reinforcement learning frameworks and/or simulation engines.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar.
• Excellent English communication; strong collaboration with the USA team.
• Strong presentation skills; experience communicating technical concepts to customers in autonomy/defense.
