Software Engineer, Dev Tools

📋 Description

• Build and operate cloud dev environments for engineers and AI agents.
• Scale Kubernetes-based worker pools and APIs for parallel workloads.
• Improve AirDev validation to test changes quickly before CI.
• Strengthen source-control and code-review as PR volume grows.
• Improve developer workflows across build, test, and tooling.
• Diagnose production issues across distributed systems and networking.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of industry experience with BS/MS in CS or equivalent.
• Experience leading and shipping large-scale technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Full-cycle developer with ownership of high-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-team without formal authority.
• Go, Python, or similar server-side languages.
