Software Engineer, EAA

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end features with Golang, React, and cloud tech for CX platforms.
• Lead third-party tool/vendor integrations to extend platform.
• Collaborate with product/design/security/data/engineering on complex problems.
• Own architecture decisions; deploy scalable, high-traffic services (event-driven).
• Mentor engineers on design, testing, deployment practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building large-scale systems with Golang, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms into production.
• Distributed patterns: rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, event-driven (Kafka).
• Observability tooling: metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging in production.
• gRPC, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, and ETL pipelines.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.
• Experience with AI copilots (LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) with human-in-the-loop.
