📋 Description

• Build agentic LLM systems with retrieval pipelines and tool use
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks for accuracy and reliability
• Develop backend and frontend systems across Abridge
• Adopt an agent-first approach and continuous learning
• Prototype with new models and prompting techniques (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Contribute to monitoring and observability of LLM workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and agents
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts (prompt chaining, retrieval)
• AI tooling integrated into daily work with judgment on trust vs verify
• Curiosity about model evaluation and reliability
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset; able to pitch in wherever needed
