• Develop and deliver AI-based capabilities and enabling infrastructure for semi-autonomous platforms
• Build reliable and frictionless software operating under significant and unorthodox technical
• Collaborate with team members, including code review and pair programming.
• Present and explain technical projects and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Love figuring things out, digging deeper and deeper into unfamiliar systems until it finally clicks.
• Enjoy collaborating with others, including reviewing code and pair programming.
• Are comfortable solving problems with code.
• Feel like ethical considerations are an inherent part of software engineering.
• You can reason about and write code independently, without relying on LLMs.
