📋 Description

• Building multi-step agents that do real work in production: detecting regressions across services
• Developing internal tooling that colleagues actually adopt, including skills, harnesses, and
• Working on real-time telemetry and event processing at streaming scale under device constraints.
• Addressing agent problems with hardware in the loop: physical feedback, device fleets, and signals
• Owning features end-to-end from OS platform layer through application/UI to cloud integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 3/4 years of professional engineering experience since finishing studying.
• Strong systems or infrastructure fundamentals (real-time data, telemetry, distributed systems
• Shipped an agentic project (work or serious personal) that others use, multi-step rather than a
• Accountability for code you didn't type (design-first, review discipline, own gates).
• A view on where agents are not good enough yet and why.
• Existing right to work in the US (no visa sponsorship for this role).
