• Up to 4/6 years of professional engineering experience
• Strong systems or infrastructure fundamentals. Real-time data, telemetry, distributed systems
• Something agentic that you have built and shipped, and that other people use. Multi-step rather
• A clear account of how you stay accountable for code you did not type. Design-first, review
• A view on where agents are not good enough yet and why
• The existing right to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
