Software Engineer, Edge

📋 Description

• Own edge networking: routing, WAF, rate limiting, cert mgmt, self-serve changes.
• Improve ingress: controllers, lifecycle, policy, API for self-service.
• Manage DNS across internal/external zones to make resolution invisible.
• Build network observability: latency, errors, routing visibility.
• Support regional expansion with scalable, performant networking.
• Define team practices and standards (SDLC, tooling, chaos engineering).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building production services in a polyglot env (Go, TS, etc.).
• Diagnose network-layer production issues; deep, methodical triage.
• Kubernetes networking: ingress controllers, DNS, network policies.
• Infra as code in practice; safe, governance-friendly processes.
• Build internal platforms/tools and drive adoption; OSS exposure.
