Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from idea → release → maintenance
• Partner with Product to shape solutions before they’re built
• Contribute to a codebase that stays stable, readable, and fun to work in
• Build across the stack - UI, APIs, backend services
• Collaborate across teams to deliver on time
• Review code thoughtfully and give feedback that helps the whole team level up

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years building and shipping software products from start to release to maintenance
• Experience contributing to projects and designing solutions that can scale with use
• Comfortable working across the stack
• Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment: async communication, clear thinking, no ego
• Able to work with operations and customer-facing teams to turn messy realities into clean solutions
• Familiar with or open to using: Python, Typescript, React, Svelte, Kubernetes, AWS
