Software Engineer - Engineering Enablement

📋 Description

• Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, toolchains and platforms that can
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the company to understand their needs, identify
• Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability across distributed systems
• Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and work experience
• 2+ years in Software Engineering or related roles
• Strong background in modern programming languages (Python, Go, C++ are the ones we use)
• Experience with Unix-like environments, software, and toolchains
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins), cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP) &amp
• Expertise in software development lifecycle including the ability to understand ambiguous goals and
