Software Engineer, Forward Deployed (Multiple levels)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope technical solutions
• Identify workflow optimizations via deep engagement with problems
• Design AI-powered workflows using LLMs, embeddings, retrieval
• Translate real-world constraints into elegant engineering
• Iterate quickly based on real-time feedback from operators and clients
• Build reusable tooling and infra to accelerate deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in software or ML engineering
• Strong Python skills and PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and deployment (Docker, FastAPI, GCP/AWS)
• Experience building usable systems from messy data and ambiguous requirements
• Strong communication to explain decisions to delivery teams and clients
• Ability to travel 15-50% across Europe to work on-site with clients
