📋 Description

• Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope technical solutions
• Identify workflow optimizations from customer problems
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval)
• Translate real-world constraints into engineering solutions
• Iterate quickly on real-time feedback from operators and clients
• Build reusable tooling and infrastructure for future deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software or ML engineering
• Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain or OpenAI APIs
• Data pipelines, APIs, and deployment (Docker, FastAPI, GCP/AWS)
• Experience turning messy data into usable systems
• Strong communication to explain tech decisions to teams and clients
• Travel 15-50% in Europe with occasional on-site trips
