📋 Description

• Design services and state models for multi-stage workflows.
• Build orchestration primitives: retries, failure recovery, idempotency.

🎯 Requirements

• Production backend experience with strong opinions about architecture.
• Strong system-design instincts for boundaries and complexity.
• Fluency in distributed systems: async workflows, queues, idempotency, retries.
• Turn ambiguous product/ML constraints into a clean, debuggable system.
• Proficient in Python on AWS with Postgres; Temporal or similar engines a plus.
• Gets frustrated by hard-to-debug systems and fixes them.
• Strong opinions about where state should live and defend them in reviews.
• Moves fast but prioritizes reliability; connects work to customer outcomes.
